D.R.E.A.M. MENTORING INITIATIVE

Discovering Realities Everyday Aided by Mentors (D.R.E.A.M) is the signature mentoring initiative of Keeping My Promise. Designed to educate and empower students through various lenses of exposure to career opportunities, D.R.E.A.M incorporates industry specific mentors to ensure students are adequately prepared for career success. Additional to professional development, D.R.E.A.M. will heavily place an emphasis on life skills training.

 

Each program participant will be provided with a mentor that matches students' areas of career interest. Mentors will provide current industry insights, knowledge, and information to possible career paths while increasing student awareness and self-efficacy levels.
